In February 2009, "the wind blew and the siding flew".  Luckily, Pablo and Gus were able to negotiate a satisfactory solution with DECASA to repair the damages and avoid potential further damage to other balconies in the towers.

Here, workmen are stripping the blistered blue paint from the railings and preparing to repaint them. This project is now finished.

Here, we can plainly see Pablo, John and Tom "in situ" attending to business in one of their weekday morning meetings.  Note their glassy-eyed stares.  This indicates paying close attention to their surroundings.
