In February, "the wind blew and the siding flew".  Luckily, Pablo and Gus were able to negotiate a satisfactory solution with DECASA to repair the damages and avoid potential further damage to other balconies in the towers.

Two of DECASA's finest finishing up the "1 stack" of Tower II to replace damaged siding and add flashing to protect it.

At this point, their work on T I is complete and they are in process of changing from the "1 stack" of Tower II to the "4 stack".

Other work on balconies is ongoing.  Here, workmen are stripping the blistered blue paint from the railings and preparing to repaint them.

Here, we can plainly see Pablo, John and Tom "in situ" attending to business in one of their weekday morning meetings.  Note their glassy-eyed stares.  This indicates paying close attention to their surroundings.
