SECURITY AND INFORMATION NOTICE:
Some of you might have noticed that the rear gate to the beach is now securely locked on occasion. Among other reasons, security is the motivation for this action. The chain and lock will be placed on the gate at 7:00PM and removed the following morning at 7:00AM. The key is in the possession of whomever is currently on Security Guard duty.

I or my renters or my guests seem to be discriminated against when we visit, what could be the problem? Read below in either English or Spanish to see just what can happen if you do not pay your La Jolla homeowners' fees in a timely manner.
