DECASA has almost finished repair the siding damage that both Tower I and Tower II sustained in the wind and rain storm that hit at the end of February 2009.  The ceilings and facing walls of several of our balconies were rather obviously damaged and many balconies sustained lesser damage.  This project will be followed from start to finish.

This picture was taken from the lawn area at the rear of Tower I.  Shown is the balcony of Condominium 101 Tower I with scaffolding to be used by DECASA's workers to repair and replace siding damaged by wind and rain in late February.

This is just a closer look at the repairs as of Monday, April 27, 2009.  As balconies are repaired, the scaffold will be raised to the next damaged area until the top of the tower is reached.

Work continues on Tower II where several more balconies were found to require repair.  The major repairs are approaching the "finished" stage with tile replacement at the balcony edges and replacement of weakened ceiling and outside sheathing panels.  Painting the outside of both Towers is beginning.  Stripping and repainting of balcony railings is progressing nicely.  Our apologies to anyone who has been inconvenienced by the repair effort.  The goal is to get it all finished as quickly as possible.
