Tradespeople and others

As a service to LaJolla de Rosarito, we are attempting to make a list of known "service providers" in Rosarito. This will be, by no means, a recommendation from LaJolla de Rosarito's Board of Directors or endorsement by the BOD. Such talents as housecleaning, carpentry, painting, electrical work, appliance installation and repair, pet care, periodic condominium inspection and whatever else happens to come up will be listed but ONLY as reported by LaJolla Owners who have actual experience with the worker.

The converse is also true: If Owners have unpleasant experiences with such workers, a log of complaints will be kept and shown opposite each tradesperson's name.

Please e Mail the webmaster at webmaster@lajolladerosaritohoa.com to submit the name of anyone for whom you wish to either give a thumbs up to or against whom you wish to lodge a complaint. Absolutely NOTHING will be done about complaints beyond noting that a complaint was lodged. The source of complaints will be kept confidential. Please, only one reference per Tradesperson per Owner....multiple references from any Owner and for the same person will be ignored.

There is no charge for this service either to the Owner or tradesperson. The HOA will not be responsible for bad outcomes if those on the list are hired or used. It is up to the individual Owner to make sure that any employment offered or given to a Tradesperson is within Mexican law. Remember: It's ONLY what other Owners think and not a paid advertisement and definitely NOT an endorsement by the LaJolla de Rosarito Board of Directors or any of its members.

As references are accumulated, they will be listed along with the number of satisfied/unsatisfied references reported by Owners.
