Replacing the tile removed to repair the balconies and
walls in Tower II was an important step in the process and helped to ensure a watertight joint between the balcony floor and
the siding.
Stripping and repainting of the
balcony railings followed closely on the heels of re-tiling. This view is of one of the "4 stack" of Tower
I being stripped for repainting.
