The balcony repair project is well underway
July 14, 2009: Replacing the tile removed to repair the balconies and walls in Tower II has begun. Evidence of this is in the pictures.
Stripping and repainting of the balcony railings follows closely on the heels of re-tiling. This view is of the "4 stack" of Tower I.
