Revised HOA Meeting Announcement
At the last
meeting, it was discovered that La Jolla de Rosarito HOA was not in possession of an official letter from DECASA transferring
administration and management of the Owners' Association from the developer to the HOA itself. This, according to
the attorney who advises us, is an absolute requirement to call such a meeting to conduct business.
The result
is that we have scheduled a NEW MEETING on March 20 at 1PM as an "honest to goodness" Homeowners' Association.
A meeting announcement has been mailed to everyone and the notice of meeting is posted on this website.
