HOA Meeting Announcement
Since the last meeting
in February 2009, things have changed around La Jolla de Rosarito in several good ways. It is now time to have another
meeting of Owners and attend to business once again. Two links are located on this page: One is for a copy of
the official meeting announcement as published in the local Rosarito newspaper in Spanish and the other in English.
If at all possible, the BOD urges all Owners to attend this important meeting. Among other items of business will
be to elect the Board Of Directors for the next year. We all, I am sure, appreciate the hard work and effort that Mr.
John Kemmerer, Sr., outgoing President has expended to get us back on track and running smoothly. John has been the
driving force to modernize our bookkeeping system, establish uniform HOA dues collection policies, repair damage to the buildings
due to wind and rain, re-paint both Towers I and II, establish organization among our employees and much more. Please
express your thanks to John when you see him.
