Backyard Beautification Project
As many already know, during 2010, we undertook a
project to beautify the "back yard" of La Jolla de Rosarito. The object of this project is to create
a pleasant, friendly, usable, and attractive environment where both adults and children can swim, soak, picnic,
play, sun themselves and generally have fun. A major benefit of this project will result in more people at once
being able to enjoy the benefits of owning a beachfront property and to reduce crowding around the clubhouse.

Changes centered around the back gate include both security-related,
beautification and usefulness enhancement to the area.

New planters, complete with flowers and sprinklers, that surround much of the common area out back
> Repair
to the security fence along the beach
> Repair of the shower at the beach entrance of the property
> Repair with further security improvements to the back gate
> Conversion of the dead
palm tree by the gate to a "light pole"; and addition of security lighting to the back area
> Construction of two barbeque grills along the
back of the property
Considered together, we believe that this represents a major improvement to the quality
and look of the entire beachside area.
Just for the record: We have our Administrator,
Sr. Pablo Gonzalez, to thank for the conceptualization and direction of our new patios and barbeque areas as well as for his
active assistance in beautification projects project-wide.
We hope that these improvements will attract more of
our Owners to Rosarito to enjoy the beachfront life style and that it will serve to improve all of our property values for
the future
Additionally, we relegated several of the broken plastic
chaise lounges to Winter usage and added 10 new wooden ones for Summer.
